We aim to maximise our customers’ return on investment by ensuring what they pay for our products equals the value they get from them.
We know where we sit in the marketplace and gauge our prices in the local and international market through market research. We then adjust pricing or improve the value proposition accordingly.
We continued our Metered Advertisements program for metropolitan, local and regional Yellow Pages® directory advertising metering over 7,300 advertisements in 2008–09. With this program each ad gets a unique contact phone number that allows us to track each Yellow Pages® referral and then show customers their return on their investment.
Sensis is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We are strongly committed to protecting our customer’s information and our Privacy Collection Statement outlines how we protect the privacy of your personal information.
You should read the Privacy Collection Statement if you intend on purchasing our products and/or services.

Do Not Call Register
The Australian Government established The Do Not Call Register in response to increasing community concern about the growth in unsolicited telemarketing calls. You can register your phone number on the Do Not Call Register website to help prevent unsolicited telemarketing calls being made to your household.
