The Whereis® OnLine site is a fully functional online street directory using UBD™ maps*. The site covers all Australian major cities, allowing the user to:

• Search for almost any metropolitan address nation-wide;
• Map the most direct route to a destination;
• Receive turn by turn directions by car or foot; and
• Find the nearest point of interest to a specified location

Whereis® MapLink
Whereis® MapLink service provides small businesses and home users with the ability to offer a location service on their websites by way of a link to a map that is hosted on the Whereis® site - whereis.com.

Whereis® Custom Connect service is an Internet mapping and navigation service that provides businesses with the ability to include location maps, proximity searches and travel directions into their own website. Whereis® on Shell Touch Machines
Shell Touch Machines are currently positioned in 290 Shell Retail outlets in Victoria, ACT, NSW and QLD. The Whereis® service offers directions and a "find me the nearest..." facility which users can print out and purchase for $2.00. Users can search for businesses and points of interest as well as obtaining driving directions from one specified point to another within Metropolitan Australia. Shell Touch Machines are useful for motorists who are looking for a business, a particular point of interest, or who are lost.

Whereis® Advertiser Button Links
Whereis® Advertiser Button links are Advertiser icons positioned on the Whereis® site that allow users to "find the nearest..." office or location of that Advertiser. Users are able to view their selected location on a map which also displays the nearest Advertiser locations and contact details for those Advertiser locations. It is ideal for retail organisations with multiple outlets or locations, or consumer brands that sell their products through a geographically dispersed range of retail outlets.

Whereis® OnLine Map Directions
Businesses that advertise on the Yellow Pages® OnLine site can include travel directions to their business location/s as part of their Business Listing. The turn-by-turn map and text instructions are an effective tool to guide customers directly to a business once they have found the business listing in the Yellow Pages® OnLine Directory.
