Executives and Board

Sensis' Board of Directors is responsible for the overall direction of business and affairs. Day-to-day management of the business is the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer who, with the Executive Leadership Team, is accountable to the Board.

Sensis' Executive Leadership Team comprises the heads of each business or functional unit. Members have key strategic responsibilities, both individually for their areas of responsibility, and collectively for the company's overall business direction. Each member reports directly to the CEO.
