Customer Centre - Overview
Manage your Sensis account online quickly and easily using the Sensis Customer Centre.
You can complete the following transactions in the Customer Centre:
- View ad proofs for your Yellow™ print ads
- View all your Sensis bills for the last six months
Important Sensis® Customer Centre update
Sensis® is launching a new and improved Customer Self Service Centre in mid November 2009. With the launch of the improved Sensis® Customer Centre there will be a period where some services will be limited or unavailable.
From 28th September 2009 to mid November 2009 the following services will be limited or unavailable:

Bills will be able to be viewed and paid as normal, however the site will not show updates when a payment occurs. |
| Proofs will be available but limited |
From 2nd October 2009 Proof update & approval will not be available via Self Service. Alternative arrangements will be available for customers who wish to update or approve their proofs during that time. These arrangements will be outlined on this site when the changes come in to effect. |
| Profile updates will not be available |
Profile updates will not be available until the new site is launched. |
| Recent transactions will not be available |
Recent Transactions will not be available after 2nd October 2009. |
| New customer registrations will not be available |
Registration has been suspended while we migrate everyone to our new site, due for launch in mid November. If you would like us to contact you when registration is available, please email customercentreregistration@sensis.com.au |
