The Sensis Graduate Program is designed to identify and develop our future leaders. It offers candidates a broad range of experience and sophisticated tools and resources to build a highly successful career. The rest is up to you!
Over the 12-month program you’ll spend time in up to four critical business areas within a business unit, for a “whole of business” understanding. This invaluable hands-on experience greatly aids the decision of where to next with Sensis.
Graduates of our Program can expect the following:
- One-week induction
- Opportunities to work on rotation in different parts of the business
- Mentoring and “buddy” system
- Ongoing development planning
- Regular performance planning and reviews
- Opportunities to present to our Executives
