In 2002 we asked our people what it would take to make them stay and strive for us. The result was an extensive employee benefits program designed for our people, Pebbles balancedby our people called the Sensis People Commitment.

The Sensis People Commitment covers these seven areas:

The reputation of our company and our products is of huge importance to Sensis. That’s why we measure our reputation every two years and put in place programs to protect and enhance our reputation based on the feedback we receive.
