    July 2003

In the few years since the Internet became a commercial reality, it has posed many new challenges to business. Not only has it demanded that we re-assess many of the ways we do business, but it has forced on us the need to become accustomed to a growing list of new skills. • Yellow Pages® Small Business Index - Attitudes to Banks and Other Financial Institutions -November 1999

    November 1999

Each quarter, the Yellow Pages® Small Business Index reports on the attitudes of small business proprietors across Australia on a broad range of indicators, how their business is going and of the operating environment they face. In each survey, the Index also addresses topics of special interest and concern to small businesses. Reflecting the importance of finance and banking relationships to small business, the Index has previously examined these issues in August 1993 and August 1995. In the August 1999 Yellow Pages® Small Business Index, small businesses were again asked their views on and experience of banks and other financial institutions. The questions asked allowed comparisons with the earlier Index results.
